Maintain and manage namelists for events, confirming attendance and handling any last-minute changes.
Book venues, hotels, or other accommodations as needed for both in-person and hybrid events.
Communicate important updates or announcements to students, instructors, and other stakeholders.
Social Media Management:Plan and publish daily stories and updates on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to maintain an active online presence.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and crypto, applying them to our content strategy.
Student Support:Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, offering timely assistance through WhatsApp, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide guidance and support for students navigating their educational journey with us.
Help students connect with resources, such as class materials or recorded sessions, to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Content Creation:Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and educational social media posts, videos, and infographics.
Design promotional materials for upcoming classes, webinars, and events.
Use creative storytelling to simplify complex crypto concepts and engage a wider audience.
Administrative Support:Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and other external parties as needed.
