**Core Roles**- To promote and professionally sell a wide range of properties to potential buyers.- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and projects launches.- Provide excellent customer service and build solid relationships with customers.- Able to handle administrative work and provide timely reports and feedback to Management.- Main task is to undertake the sales programme for residential and commercial properties.- To prepare sales launches, marketing activities and road shows.- To promote public awareness on the project and entertain customers (walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, road show and etc.)- To update and maintain customer database.- To develop the relationship with the existing clients and finding others in the public and in large corporate.- Generation of weekly, monthly sales report and update sales master control for sales performance review.- Formulate product concept, product positioning, pricing and unique selling points of the development.- Compile newspaper clippings/advertisement on property development focusing on residential and monitor competitor activities.- Assist/advise customer on matters related to the purchase of property eg. Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan procedures and etc.- To liaise with the panel of bankers and solicitor appointed by the Company.- Undertakes any other tasks and assignment as directed by the Management.- Preferable with property / real estate experience. Familiar with property market environment.**Requirements**:- Certificate in Marketing / Business Studies or any equivalent discipline.- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.- Minimum three (3) years experience in Property Industry.- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.- Preferably Executive specializing in Marketing & Selling of Commercial Properties or Residential.
