Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on social media and performance marketing to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging digital channels to drive engagement and results.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and performance marketing.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing and performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry (Fintech).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Passion for marketing and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Able to start work immediately is preferable!
