With a focus on content creation, social media management, and collaborative campaign execution. This role plays a vital role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.**Major Responsibilities**- Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook (FB) and Xiao Hong Shu to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Edit videos to create a captivating and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns and promotions.- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities for outlets.- Brainstorm ideas for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns to drive leads and sales.- Coordinate with vendors and partners to implement promotional initiatives effectively.**Secondary Responsibilities**- Use Canva to design graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media posts and promotional materials.- Manage and optimize Facebook ads to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the outlets.- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.- Proficiency in video editing using Capcut and designing using Canva.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own portfolio?**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
