Key Responsibilities: Prepare property proposals and presentations for clients (format provided)Collect data from leads and manage property listings Attend property photo/video shoots and assist in editingCraft engaging write-ups for social media posts ?? We're Looking for Someone With: Experience in customer service or sales Strong communication, comprehension, and follow-up skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creationOwn transportation A friendly, proactive, detail-oriented attitude with the ability to work independentlyFluency in English and Chinese; proficiency in a local dialect is a plus??
