This position plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks aimed at promoting our products and enhancing brand visibility. This position involves assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as contributing to social media management, content creation, and customer engagement initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the boutique.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional flyers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the boutique's social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and collaborations to drive foot traffic and enhance the brand's image.
Assist in managing the company's email marketing efforts, including creating and scheduling campaigns, segmenting email lists, and analyzing performance metrics.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and handling other day-to-day tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools.
