You will play marketing role and champion the growth of customer acquisition, retention and branding for a network of fast growing parenting platforms and influencer community (Motherhood.com.my, Kelabmama.com, Ibuencer.com).
KOL Identification and Recruitment:
-Research and identify potential KOLs who align with the brand's values and target audience.
-Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing KOLs.
-Conduct outreach to potential KOLs through various channels (email, social media, networking events).
Relationship Management:
-Build and nurture relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term partnerships.
-Regularly communicate with KOLs to provide support, share brand updates, and address any concerns.
-Organize and manage KOL events, meet-ups, and collaborations.
Campaign Development and Execution:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing campaigns.
-Coordinate and oversee KOL participation in campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
-Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness.
Content Creation and Collaboration:
-Work with KOLs to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
-Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
-Facilitate co-branded content creation, including videos, blogs, social media posts, and more.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Monitor and report on the performance of KOL campaigns and partnerships.
-Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on data analysis.
-Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Budget Management:
-Assist in managing the budget for KOL activities and campaigns.
-Ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired outcomes.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Communication, or any related field.
-At least two to three (2-3) years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist.
-Passionate about work.
-Positive attitude and flexible personality.
-Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, spoken and written.
-Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
-Able to work on your own and as well as with the team.
-Excellent communication skills.
