Marketing (Assistant Manager/Senior Executive)

Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing marketing operations based on approved marketing budgets to garner more leads and achieve sales targets.



-To assist in strategising and do the marketing planning for both group level and respective product/development inclusive of Group campaign, performance campaign, and relevant marketing asset needed for the department.


-Execute and implement the marketing initiative to garner more leads and achieve the company's objective. 


-Strategic Initiative - To assist in exploring potential strategic collaboration in order to reach wider and quality audiences, increase brand value etc for relevant projects. 


-Coordinate the budget tracking for advertising and promotional items based on the approval.


-To always ensure the compliance to internal SOP so that the procedures are enforced.


-Assist in preparing the relevant Marketing reports.


-Coordinate on other marketing activities both landscapes conventional and digital such outdoor advertisement, property exhibition, event, roadshow, awards, property listings etc.


-Support in any AandP as required by management.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ related field


-Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in property development industry


-Familiar with usage of Microsoft Office, Words, Powerpoint and Excel 


-Energetic, committed and team player.


-Digital marketing experience/knowledge is added advantage
