Marketing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Respond to inquiries promptly and have excellent communication skills.  
Arrange business operations with clients in China, Hong Kong, and other overseas markets.  
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) services.  
Conduct market research to identify trends, target customer segments, and potential business opportunities in China, Hong Kong, and other international markets.  
Manage content across social media platforms and other marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram posts).  
Respond to customer inquiries.  
Organize promotional activities, roadshows, offline seminars, previews, and online webinars.  
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.  
Website management and content uploads.  
Explore and participate in fairs, expos, and exhibitions related to MM2H, including events in China.
