Job Responsibilities:
Administer and process B2C orders:Accurately coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Internal Coordination Documentation:Prepare and distribute essential documents to relevant departments to facilitate clear internal communication for order processing and marketing initiatives.
Collaborative Issue Resolution:Work closely with other departments to assist in resolving order-related issues, ensuring a seamless workflow and prompt handling of any necessary adjustments.
Marketing Support & Ad-Hoc Activities:Assist with various marketing-related tasks, including ad-hoc activities, to support department objectives and ongoing B2C projects.
Order Tracking & Reporting:Monitor order status and sales revenue for B2C customers and manage daily correspondence to ensure effective communication regarding orders and inquiries.
Product Development & Market Feedback:Propose and promote new products to the B2C market based on trends and customer needs, gather market research and share with team members, report B2C sales performance and forecasts to the Director, and stay informed about competitive products and pricing strategies.
Special Assignments & Projects:Contribute to special assignments, events, and projects as directed.
Skills & Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 1 year in sales or B2C sales, with experience in online retail or direct-to-consumer channels considered an advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and supporting strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese dialect proficiency is a plus).
