Marketing Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks and initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers- Create and update marketing materials such as brochures and presentations- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software- Motivated and dedicated with a passion for marketing- Soft skills in negotiation and people management
