Lalamove is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Marketing Associate who has the tenacity to contribute and be a part of this growth. In this role, you will be assisting the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns across all channels. You will be working together with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns, seek potential new opportunities to amplify Lalamove branding and positioning in the market and manage campaign deliverables. What you'll do:
-Corporate Marketing: In charge of the development and enhancements of company awareness campaigns (both online and offline) and assist in marketing execution
-Partnership management: Work with external suppliers on creative, content and campaign deliverable; plan briefing, review and finalisation of projects
-Conduct market research (e.g. competitors pricing, promotion tracking, etc. ) and prepare marketing reports regularly
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
-Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to optimise future initiatives.

What you'll need:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
-Minimum 1 year working experience in public relations, brand management or agency field is preferred however, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-Experience in APP-related industries is preferred
-Able to work in a fast pace environment
-Digital and social media savvy
-Strong planning, organising, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Fluent in spoken and written English
