Marketing & Branding Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport in maintaining and enhancing the bakery's brand identity across all platforms and communications.
Assist in implementing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
Help manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community organizations.
Coordinate press releases, media inquiries, and community engagement activities.
Assist in ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for customers by addressing feedback and supporting high-quality service standards.
Execute strategies for social media, website, and email marketing to engage the target audience.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales, membership, and customer loyalty.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or branding roles (for Executive level); 3-5 years for Assistant Manager level.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
