As our Marketing Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, providing invaluable insights and analysis to fuel decision-making. Here's what you can expect:
Responsibilities
Data Insights & Analysis:Transform large datasets into actionable insights, identifying key trends and patterns that influence our marketing strategies and business outcomes. You would also be responsible for creating relevant dashboards and analytical tools for commercial and marketing analytics.
Strategic Campaign Planning:Design and plan year-round beauty mega-campaigns by analyzing market trends, leveraging historical data, and conducting forward-thinking analysis to capitalize on opportunities.
Campaign Coordination:Lead the coordination of weekly marketing campaigns across onsite, CRM, & SM- ensuring smooth execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, category) to drive strategic projects that foster growth and optimize our performance in the beauty category.
Revenue & Project Management:Assist manager with key beauty initiatives, providing innovative solutions that make a real impact, with the autonomy to execute your ideas.
Requirements
0-2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in the beauty & e-commerce industry. Exposure in e-commerce industry is preferred.
Bachelor in Business, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional time-management skills in terms of prioritizing business priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and Looker is highly preferred.
