About the role
Reporting to: Marketing Director - SEA
Travel: 30% within SEA
The Campaigns and Communications Manager, South East Asia position will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the Kerry's South East Asia business. This position will own the planning and integration of our regional strategies and campaigns. Lead our South East Asia internal and external communications efforts, elevating thought-leadership, reach and employee and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for streamlining and co-ordination of activation agenda and planning
Campaign Management aligned to business priority platform strategy
Responsible for overall local content direction
Owns the plan for burst activity (light and frequent touchpoints with customers) that will be owned, managed and directed locally
Collaborates with marketing channel leads on proactive marketing activity
Leads social media strategy and digital assets, along with leads management, traffic and lead generation funnel
Owns the relationship with agency partners and linkage with digital teams
Reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness, KPIs and objectives: Pipeline influence
Internal: Leads and elevates internal communication across commercial functions (townhalls, video content, new wins and commercial success)
External: Owner for tradeshows and external events, ie. media events planning, large customer engagement events, board meetings, investor days
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent with minimum 6 years experience in marketing field, agency or B2B marketing/ comms
Possess excellent communication skills (English) - Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines
Works collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
Pro-active and results-driven
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyse data to inform marketing strategy
Experience with marketing automation tools
