In this Role, youll get to: Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for the new and existing hotels Co-ordinate the merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions Prepare business review reports as necessary Evaluate production and determine the follow-up action Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc. Participate in market and competition research Assist in activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage the supplier accounts Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site Support the team with the maintenance of relationships with local hotel partners, and coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned project What you'll Need to Succeed Energetic and enthusiast with a real desire to grow and learn Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination or revenue/yield management would be an advantage Legally authorized to work in Turkey Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Dynamic, positive, and a good team player Ability to work independently Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is a valuable asset, but we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a positive and results-oriented attitude Detail oriented and fast learning capability Why We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
