Produce high-quality campaigns and appeal to the Malaysia market with localization.
Strategize and optimize "always on" marketing campaigns for the Malaysia market.
In charge of product fit, product grading, ideation of campaign materials, campaign landing page setup, content layout, and copywriting/translation.
Responsible for promo coupon planning with multiple marketing budgets.
Schedule and ensure timely deployment of all required communications for the campaign based on the communications plan developed.
Assist in executing content marketing strategy on Trip.com marketing channels (e.g., Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) marketing, app push, etc.).
Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials.
Develop and execute loyalty strategy for the Malaysia market and measure retention and loyalty goals.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI/KPI of campaigns.
Perform evaluation on campaign results & effectiveness with quantitative metrics; produce and share campaign results with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of scalability.
Keep abreast of current travel demand, up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Malaysia market growth.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
At least 5 years of working experience in campaign execution and configuration, Marketing, CRM, or production operation preferably with an Online Travel Agency (OTA)/travel or e-commerce company.
Experience in planning and end-to-end campaign management.
Experience in using campaign systems or marketing software.
Creative, able to formulate and produce dynamic strategies on each campaign with originality.
Experience with analytical and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Have a deep understanding of local customers and strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors.
A creative thinker with a self-motivated attitude.
Be able to multi-task, result-driven, and pay attention to details.
