Responsibilities: To lead and work closely with SEO & SEM team for campaign optimisation. To plan, conceptualize, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and activities across digital and offline platforms with the objective of driving lead and product revenue conversion, which includes setting clear objectives and goals, identifying the right target audience, production of marketing materials and management of results. To provide the campaign's content and copy that aligns with the brand identity, while collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, event, and web development, to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness, such as the product landing page, ad content, EDM copy, and more. To plan, manage & oversee the A&P budget for each marketing campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently for ROI optimisation. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns with different source of data, and report on campaign results and insights to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and growth. Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies, including search, social, email, display, and others. Knowledge of traditional marketing and advertising, with a focus on offline channels such as print, broadcast, and outdoor advertising. Knowledge of customer data management and the ability to use customer data to inform and optimize omnichannel marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling and effective marketing materials. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign results and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
