The MARCOM is responsible for the developing, soliciting and sustaining accounts that would contribute to the offline sales pipelines for the hotel and to meet or exceed financial targets. In addition, responsibilities include marketing & communication, partnerships and social media management.- Provide creativity in developing MARCOM initiatives to improve business performance-Support to the hotel sales effort and to operational departments- Ensure hotel collateral and all visual marketing and communications content adheres to brand standards and is effective- Team specialists - digital marketing projects including social media & web based content and initiatives, photography and design- Manage hotel CSR (community) projects-Act as a principal hotel representative promoting hotel businesses through media channels, the local community, the customer base & IHG offices worldwide- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in development, budgeting and execution of PR & marketing plans including promotional events- Manage all hotel & departmental requirements for graphic design content production and validation- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and postings for various social media platforms on hotel promotions and happenings- Assist with responding on guest feedback when required- Ensure all hotel collateral is following IHG brand standards- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the market and competitor information- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in sales activities, sales pipelines and all other assigned reports and task- Ensure team productivity by achieving sales visitation targets as well as other assigned sales activities such as telemarketing and canvassing- Ensure that guest review data is analyzed and that plans are developed and implemented to achieve established goals.- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.
