Through customer and channel understanding, translating regional growth plan into a MarCom strategy and execution in alignment with regional and global priorities. You will drive our digital agenda forward to support sales growth.

Deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns and events. Drive lead generating activities in close cooperation with sales and the MarCom team Set direction for an improved positioning of our brand with our partners. Oversee the complete end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Drive with data - track, measure, and evaluate to assess campaign effectiveness and proactively communicate business impact internally. Own, allocate, and monitor the regional MarCom budget. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or equivalent. 5+ years in marketing communications role in B2B marketing or equivalent. Proven experience in partner marketing and campaign/project management with measurable results. Strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing communication integration and market trends. Data driven mindset, knowing how to translate data into concrete actions and communicate on project impact. Good presentation skills. Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an added advantage. High degree of flexibility and sense of urgency. Establishes engagement built on trust and teamwork. Driven by challenging the status quo, embraces change, and creating results. And can inspire and influence with a clear vision. Self-motivated and not afraid to challenge when needed.
