Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Handle phone calls, filing, and general admin support
Manage day-to-day office operations timely and efficiently
Involve in project sales invoices & purchase invoices and coordinate company activities as and when required
Monitor staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, etc., and staff claims
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the office manager
Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, and organized
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
