Create clear and impactful marketing messages that represent the school's brand and value proposition to market segments in accordance with Tenby Schools guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns with data and analysis.
Create compelling social media content that would retain current parents and attract new prospects.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with School Leadership Team, Academic & Administrative staff where you provide advice and guidance on marketing and brand-related matters.
Support school's events, including planning, and content creation for Open Days, Campus Tours, Webinars, Workshops, and community events.
Collaborate with SLT, Academics & Regional Team to create social media content that will help grow the digital presence of the school.
Support in design, photography & videography of the school.
Work closely with Student Media Team to deliver creative works.
Skills, Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Art or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/communications or similar roles.
Experience in delivering below-the-line, above-the-line and digital marketing campaigns that are highly effective.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Ability to execute marketing initiatives in a timely manner with hands-on collaborative style of working.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Well versed with Microsoft Office.
Design experience is an added advantage.
