A Great Opportunity in Malaysia Awaits YouWe are looking for aMarketing & Communications Executiveto joinTenby International Schools, Setia Eco Park.The Marketing & Communications Executive will assist and manage the planning, deliveryand evaluation of 360 marketing mix, to help deliver student recruitment and school brand objectives.
.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Marketing & Communications Manager for all marketing initiatives to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix in a timely manner.
Create clear and impactful marketing messages that represent the school's brand and value proposition to market segments in accordance with Tenby Schools guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns with data and analysis.
Create compelling social media content that would retain current parents and attract new prospects.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with School Leadership Team, Academic & Administrative staff, providing advice and guidance on marketing and brand-related matters.
Support school events, including planning and content creation for Open Days, Campus Tours, Webinars, Workshops, and community events.
Collaborate with SLT, Academics & Regional Team to create social media content that will help grow the digital presence of the school.
Support in design, photography & videography of the school.
Work closely with the Student Media Team to deliver creative works.
Oversee creative works from the creative agency.
Skills, Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Art or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/communications or similar roles.
Experienced in delivering below-the-line, above-the-line and digital marketing campaigns that are highly effective.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Ability to execute marketing initiatives in a timely manner with a hands-on collaborative style of working.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Well versed with Microsoft Office.
Design experience is an added advantage.
