Job DescriptionTheMarketing Communications Executivewill play a critical role in shaping the company's online presence and strengthening its brand visibility through dynamic social media strategies. This role emphasizes leveraging social platforms to engage audiences, enhance employee and customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values.
Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) including posting schedules, audience engagement, and monitoring trends.
Work with Design Team to create compelling and innovative content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and captions, to maximize audience engagement.
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance and engagement.
Content Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and implement targeted social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and promote company initiatives.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content for social platforms.
Support larger marketing campaigns through integrated social media efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
Community Engagement & Growth
Build and nurture online communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful connections.
Engage with relevant online groups, forums, and influencers to amplify brand reach and establish the company as a thought leader.
Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, including handling feedback or concerns raised on social channels.
Partner with the Business Development team to align social media strategies with lead generation goals and customer retention efforts.
Assist in planning and promoting events (e.g., webinars, trade shows, and product launches) through targeted social media outreach.
Create employee-focused campaigns to boost internal engagement and showcase company culture across digital channels.
Additional Responsibilities
Support email marketing efforts with content repurposed from social campaigns.
Contribute to the development of case studies, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring a cohesive tone and style across all communication channels.
Assist with public relations initiatives, including drafting press releases and building relationships with media contacts.
Job RequirementsExperience:At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role, with a strong focus on social media management.
Social Media Expertise:Proven track record in growing and managing social media accounts.
Content Creation Skills:Exceptional ability to write engaging, platform-specific copy and develop creative multimedia content.
Analytics Savvy:Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and experience in data-driven decision-making.
Creativity & Innovation:A keen eye for trends and creative opportunities, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
Technical Proficiency:Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
Results-Oriented:A proactive approach to achieving measurable outcomes and adapting strategies based on performance.
Team Player:Willingness to work collaboratively across teams, contributing ideas and taking on projects beyond immediate responsibilities.
