ACCOUNTABILITIES:The role is responsible for planning and executing a digital marketing strategy to promote a brand, products, or services on all available digital marketing channels.
Supervise the other experts working in the digital marketing team in the country and regional office.
Oversees various communication channels and activities, such as media relations, public relations, social media, newsletters, websites, events, presentations, reports, and crisis management.
Collaborate with different departments and teams, such as Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, and Senior Management, to ensure consistent and coherent messaging across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the communication efforts, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Manage a team of Communication Specialists and provide them with guidance and support.
Provide inputs with knowledge of country market environment and customer needs, to facilitate regional to formulate marketing programs.
Evaluate service delivery capabilities. Assist in appointing marketing agencies for digital advertising, social media management, direct marketing, public relations & media relations.
Monitor the maintenance of the customer database through Marketo, and use it for identification and segmented targeting of customers for customer engagement.
Plan, organize, and direct an efficient and effective team of marketing professionals.
Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Conduct performance review and coaching. Prioritise and manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional, and Country objectives and targets.
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Marketing Department.

YOUR PROFILE:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English is required
Proven working experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR and Event Management
Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing plans and communication strategies
Demonstrate experience in leading and managing marketing database, social media, and campaigns
