DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the global marketing team in various marketing and creative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with planning and producing social media campaigns, preparing marketing performance and analytics reports using data from various platforms, and coordinating marketing efforts for all platforms including email, social, website, industry events, and more. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting their career in Marketing.
Performance MetricsMarketing Coordinator will be measured according to the metric below, on a five (5) score rating scale:
AccountabilitiesOn-time delivery of Marketing tasks
Support provided to team meets quality expectations
Response time to team queries and requests are done in a timely manner
Documents and responses provided to team are accurate and in compliance
Tasks and documents delivered as per specifications consistently
Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted man-days
Job SkillsRecruitment Coordinator will possess the following competencies:
CompetenciesSocial Media Marketing (planning, scheduling, analytics) - Beginner-level
Email Marketing (planning, scheduling, analytics) - Beginner-level
