Marketing Coordinator

**JOB TITLE - MARKETING COORDINATOR****Position Overview**:- Developing and executing marketing strategies, to promote the hotel's brand, and services.- Creating visually appealing content, utilizing your skills in Photoshop and other design software, to engage and attract potential guests.- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing plan.**Responsibilities**:- Social media management- Collaboration- Digital Marketing- Photography and videography**Qualifications**:- Education in Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.**Experience**:- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry marketing is a plus.**Requirements**:- Flexibility - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Skills**:- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.- Basic photography and videography skills.**Personal Attributes**:- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Enthusiastic and adaptable to evolving marketing trends.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal providedSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsAbility to Commute:- Sungai Petani (required)Ability to Relocate:- Sungai Petani: Relocate before starting work (required)
