Responsibilities:
Support the shipping department's operations, handle customer inquiries, and promote shipping services.
Handle import and export shipments.
Process customer orders, arrange haulage, and booking.
Prepare documentation for forwarding and customs declaration purposes.
Liaise closely with CMO, haulage, and forwarding team for operational issues.
Prepare all details for the Accounts Department for billing purposes.
Verify vendor invoices and prepare quotations for marketing inquiries.
Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; dedicated and responsible.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Office Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang.
