Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategies to drive the
growth and expansion of the direct sales business in the Malaysian market.
• Oversee marketing activities, including brand promotion, channel
strategies, sales support, and distributor management.
• Lead and inspire the direct sales team, ensuring team goals are met and
market share is increased.
• Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape, providing
innovative marketing solutions to optimize the company's local market
performance.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure effective execution
of company strategies in the market.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making
adjustments and optimizations based on market feedback.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the direct sales industry, with a
proven track record of leading teams to achieve significant market results.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Strong familiarity with the Malaysian direct sales market and its regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of direct sales culture and compensation plans.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, with strategic thinking and problemsolving
skills, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster
strong working relationships with teams and partners.
• Self-motivated with strong execution skills, and capable of managing
multiple projects simultaneously.
Company Benefits: • Base Salary: RM8,000 - RM10,000 (subject to assessment based on
