Your mission is to amplify our presence, enhance our reputation, and grow our publisher base through innovative and strategic marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Brand Leadership:Craft and refine our brand strategy to establish and maintain a leading position in the affiliate marketing industry. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Publisher Recruitment:Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and onboard high-quality publishers to our platform, utilizing a mix of digital marketing techniques, events, and direct outreach.Program Promotion:Collaborate with our affiliate managers to create compelling campaigns that highlight the benefits of specific affiliate programs, driving publisher interest, participation and, ultimately, revenue.Content Strategy:Oversee the creation of engaging content that educates potential and existing publishers about affiliate marketing, our platform's features, and the advantages of our affiliate programs.Data-Driven Marketing:Leverage analytics and data insights to guide marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and achieve recruitment targets.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including product development, affiliate management, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and brand development.Industry Presence:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media appearances, enhancing our visibility and establishing thought leadership in the affiliate marketing space.Ownership:Own and manage the overall annual marketing budget, alongside Involve's marketing calendar to ensure timeliness of campaigns and initiatives across all channels.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team by defining clear marketing objectives and KPIs, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and experience working with or for affiliate networks.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving shared goals.Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure performance and inform decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the knack for building relationships with publishers, partners, and internal teams.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
