**Marketing Director****Overview**:Our traditional OEM business is changing as we enter the world of branding. Our Marketing Director will be focused on supporting this change and building go-to-market strategies for our brands to drive revenue and gross margin. This role will be supporting product development through market research and identification of consumer needs as well as building a host of consumer and client facing assets to bring our brands to life.You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers and contributing to the long-term success of the company.Â**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive gross margin and revenue growth whilst achieving business objectives.- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, opportunities and threats and use this information to inform product development and product GTM strategies.- Analyse sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.- Work with the executive team to identify and connect with industry influencers to be promoters of the company's offering.- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation programs that drive qualified leads to the sales team.- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.**Qualifications**:- Â- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.- Â- 7+ years of experience in product development and/or market research, with a focus on consumer goods/products. Experience with kitchenware is a huge plus.- Â- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.- Â- Strong understanding of product development and market research methodologies.- Â- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Â- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Â- Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.
