Marketing Engineer

Position: Marketing Engineer Job Description: Modify and enhance designs based on engineering changes.
Interpret and utilize technical data effectively.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share design information for preliminary quotes.
Follow up on new projects to ensure smooth progression.
Lead the product design and development process from concept to completion.
Provide timely feedback on customer inquiries.
Coordinate the finalization, review, and monitoring of technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines for new projects.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in stamping tool design or a related field.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with sales, production, supervisors, and technicians.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail in design work.
Ability to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards and compliance.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Fluent in English, Malay, or Chinese).
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
Experience and knowledge in product development.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Must have own transport.
