Strategically leading the overall Sales Go-To-Market readiness (external & internal stakeholders) and develop commercial plans to ensure the department maximises its short, medium, and long-term profitability via reliable sales and market insights.
What are you accountable for?
GTM Marketing Execution
Championing regional sales and market insight by providing research, study & analysis of Mid Market Segment.
Working closely with sales channel, marketing, product and sales support teams by leveraging sales and market insights in leading and supporting overall cross-functional involvement with product team, marketing, and go-to-market/campaign planning.
Ensuring product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales and marketing materials, and training related materials meet sales channel requirements prior to goals.
Providing Go-To-Market strategies in developing regional sales and marketing campaigns that drive sales channel in achieving campaign goals.
Organising and compiling regional market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer, and competitor) and developing postmortem reports that will help with the development of suitable solutions for the Mid Market.
Developing regional strategies and programs for regional alignment to enable sales channel partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the customer experience and journey.
Market Planning
Driving demand planning assessment and preparing business cases to justify investment required and seek management approval with proposed recommendations.
Working closely with Enterprise Head of Region and Segment Sales on their strategy and commercial justification, and tracking return on investment for approved business cases.
Collaborating with Network on solution proposals for best optimised network design and costing to ensure viable business cases and tracking deployment progress as per timeline committed and budget approved.
Strategising commercial management and partnership with Property Developers, covering developing business models, commercial proposals, and contract negotiation.
Establishing a clear framework, standardised approach, and simplifying processes to continuously improve demand planning and commercial management effectiveness.
Working closely with the Data Analytics team on reporting and updates to management on fibre and mobile infra expansion performance.
What do you need for this role?
Combined exposure in Sales, Channel Management, Partnership Management, Commercial & REGIONs, telco sales operations, and support.
A wide and deep set of skills and expertise from product management to functional marketing including campaign planning and execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Experience in telecom, wireless, or other high-tech services, especially in B2B product management or Marketing, is ideal.
