Marketing Executive (Beauty Industry)

-Assist Marketing Manager to plan, organize, coordinate and implement marketing activities (roadshow/campaign/events).


-Ensure on time completion and delivery of assignments with regular feedback to immediate superior.


-Assist in preparing marketing plan, proposal and relevant report.


-Coordinate and communicate with respective centers and mall management to ensure the marketing activities can be accomplished on time.


-Compile and prepare post-campaign report including social media.


-Conduct market survey and identify suitable location for business expansion.


-Liaise and follow up with contractor and printers to ensure all the marketing activities can be executed accordingly.


-Competitors tracking to ensure that the promotional offers are competitive.


-Required language(s); English and Multilingual.

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field


-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills


-Experience in conducting market research and using data to inform decision-making


-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement


-Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging trends and technologies in marketing


-Excellent communication and people skills


-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
