We're seeking a talented Marcom Executive/Senior Marcom Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and implementing our brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
Brand Champion : Develop and manage our corporate and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Campaign Strategist : Craft and execute marketing & communication plans and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
Data-Driven Marketer : Analyze campaign performance, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies and actions for optimal results.
Budget Custodian : Manage the Marcom budget and oversee the successful execution of marketing activities.
Content Creator : Partner with the technical team to create engaging training materials and content for market engagement initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Synergy : Support both Marketing and Sales teams by developing impactful communication materials and sales tools.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Marcom, or Business.
2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Experience in the building construction industry a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for brand storytelling and creative marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies.
