Job Responsibilities:
(1) Overseas Media Platform Operations (30%)
Independently manage official social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord, by planning and publishing creative content to achieve brand exposure and follower growth targets.
Develop social media operation strategies based on game content understanding and user analysis, utilizing formats such as images, text, and videos to support marketing campaigns at various stages, encouraging user sharing and improving engagement rates.
Monitor user interactions on social media platforms and promptly respond to feedback and inquiries, especially those related to gaming and entertainment content.
(2) Private Domain User Operations (70%)
Build and maintain relationships with overseas core paying users via WhatsApp, gaining in-depth insights into their needs and developing tailored maintenance strategies.
Actively add users as WhatsApp contacts and conduct private content marketing through direct messages and group chats, aiming to increase user engagement, payment conversion rates, and repeat purchase rates.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in social media platform operations or gaming marketing.
Familiar with major overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and WhatsApp.
Candidates with experience in using and managing these platforms or possessing relevant KOL resources will be given priority.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Malaysian Mandarin candidates are preferred.
WhatsApp Operation Experience:
Candidates with experience in WhatsApp operations or familiarity with related marketing tools will be prioritized.
Content Creation:
Strong content creation skills, capable of independently completing graphic editing and video production for social media accounts like WhatsApp and Discord.
Market Insights:
Familiar with the Southeast Asian gaming market and social media trends.
Gaming enthusiasts or experienced players are preferred.
Communication and Coordination:
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
Ability to work effectively with different departments, especially with gaming and entertainment product teams.
Personal Interest:
