Marketing Executive: Content Creator/Influencer Manager

Collaborative creation is key. Work closely with the brand team, marketing team to create content as according to calendar of the year. Highly sensitive with current social media content trends and activity. Working with international influencers and external talent to create desired content. Communication, teamwork, coordination and people skill is expected.
Some travelling will be required of you.



-Content Creation: In tuned with current social media content trend (image and video), creating content with existing resources, highly sensitive towards Tik Tok and Instagram. Creating content in alignment with campaign strategy.


-Influencer Management: Maintain and grow existing influencer community of the same vibe and style, aligned them with brand vision and belief and be creative in collaboratively expressing together. Build relationships with influencers through activities.


-Campaign Management and Report: Track performance of content created internally and externally as according to campaign objective. Report and improve with Brand and Marketing Manager.


-Project Management: Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaign relevant projects i.e. sponsorships, PR initiatives, short-term marketing projects. 


-Strategy Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships that align with our values and expand our brand's reach and impact. Cultivate and manage partnerships to foster mutual growth to boost brand visibility and engagement.


-Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI for cost-effective results.

; Requirements:-  General Requirements:



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.


-Experience in content creation


-Highly creative with ability to think out of the box. 


-Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.


-Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.


-Good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex. 


-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.


-Exposure to digital marketing is an added advantage. 


-Fluent in spoken and written English (required)

-Proficient in editing short videos using CapCut or Adobe Premier


-Budget resource allocation and brand contribution management


-Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document collaboration, specifically in Excel and Powerpoint
