Job DescriptionCollaborative creation is key . Work closely with the brand team and marketing team to create content according to the annual calendar. Be highly sensitive to current social media content trends and activities. Work with international influencers and external talent to create desired content. Strong communication, teamwork, coordination, and people skills are expected.
Some travelling will be required.
Content Creation:Stay in tune with current social media content trends (image and video), creating content with existing resources, and be highly sensitive towards TikTok & Instagram. Create content in alignment with campaign strategy.
Influencer Management:Maintain and grow the existing influencer community that aligns with brand vision and belief. Build relationships with influencers through engaging activities.
Campaign Management & Reporting:Track performance of content created internally and externally according to campaign objectives. Report & improve with the Brand & Marketing Manager.
Project Management:Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaign relevant projects, i.e., sponsorships, PR initiatives, and short-term marketing projects.
Strategic Partnerships:Identify strategic partnerships that align with our values and expand our brand's reach and impact. Cultivate and manage partnerships to foster mutual growth to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Budget Management:Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI for cost-effective results.
Job RequirementsGeneral Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in content creation.
Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
Good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.
Exposure to digital marketing is an added advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
Function Skills Required:
Agency management.
Proficient in editing short videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
Budget resource allocation & brand contribution management.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office & cloud-based document collaboration, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
