**Key Responsibilities:**
**Content Creation & Social Media Management:**Post engaging content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.Plan, shoot, and edit videos that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our event spaces and services (phone will be provided).Design eye-catching banners and promotional materials using Canva to support our marketing campaigns.**Design for Clients:**Create designs for clients, including banners, welcome boards, backdrops, and other event-related materials, using Canva, tailored to meet client requirements.**Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:**Manage and create ads on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimization (training provided).Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions (training provided).Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in content creation and social media management.Proficiency in video planning, shooting, and editing.Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads management (experience preferred, but training is available).Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
