Job DescriptionManage, monitor and control all facets of marketing for projects.
Develop, implement and execute marketing plans for all property sales division with print or digital marketing (social media marketing strategy and content marketing).
Brief and coordinate with agencies and sales team to achieve project launches and objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manage an allocated marketing budget.
Work with key precinct stakeholders on collaborative marketing initiatives.
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on marketing metrics to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
Plan the marketing strategy based on business objectives and market trends.
Perform or collect market research data from other departments or outsourced consultants.
Conduct competitor research.
Prepare market survey reports and target market analyses for ongoing and potential projects.
Deliver business objectives through the organization's marketing communications program including media, articles, and press releases.
Oversee Business Public Relations.
Develop strong brand presence and positioning in the marketplace.
In charge of developing brand assets.
Job RequirementsBachelor Degree in Marketing or its equivalent from a reputable University.
At least 1-3 years working experience in a relevant field, preferably with a property development company.
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Competency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Possess strong leadership skills.
Possess effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills (Malay and English).
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
Fresh graduates from a reputable University who are ambitious with outstanding results will be considered.
Able to work well within a team environment and with different stakeholders.
