Responsibilities:
Own, drive and implement digital marketing plans and strategy.
Develop, maintain, enhance and manage Sincere e-commerce and corporate website.
Google traffic data analysis and weekly reporting (internal).
Google traffic data analysis and monthly reporting (external parties such as brands).
Manage all social media platforms and specific social media campaigns.
Review and analyze campaign data and generate insights to provide recommendations that optimize campaign performance.
Identify key online markets to tap on and propose ideas to drive sales from online to offline stores.
Act as a brand custodian, managing the look and feel of online communications along with tone of voice.
Skilled in copywriting, producing informative and effective search engine optimized copy for the website, product campaigns, and external blog postings.
Liaise and work closely with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Keep up to date with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt.
Participate in the execution of other marketing activities such as events.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in a suitable discipline - preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Public Relations.
1-2 years of branding experience within the related background will be ideal.
Candidates with experience in the luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, responsible, team player, and outgoing personality with a strong desire to excel in achieving goals.
