Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
Analyse and interpret website analytics, customer data, and campaign performance to optimise digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive engagement and conversions.
Assist in the development and management of the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and reputation management.
Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Updating on campaign & promotion on E-commerce platform.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable results.
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking and reading Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and use insights to drive strategy.
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
