Job Description  Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies – Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies     aligned with overall business objectives. – Work closely with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. – Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,     ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.   Market Research and Analysis – Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. – Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance. – Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.   Digital and Content Marketing – Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. – Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms. – Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates the unique value proposition of our products/services. – Digital marketing: Execute online marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation, to drive brand visibility and generate leads. – Content creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.   Collaboration and Relationship Building  – Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other  teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.  – Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies,  and influencers.   Campaign Performance Measurement – Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using  relevant metrics. – Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Budget Management – Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact and ROI. – Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and partners.   Job Requirements  Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a strategic capacity. Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
