Marketing Executive

To develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies & programs.Implementation of appropriate marketing and business proposals including meeting sales targets and project deadlines.Maintain marketing documentation/ database and compiling of information for reports.To prepare proposal & marketing presentation & to carry out marketing, promotion & sales activities.To actively provide product feedback through various channels for betterment of the productsTo analyze market trend and consumer behaviors in order to support the Management in better decision making during the product developmentTo be well verse in business plan and develop overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's targetConduct market research on property market trends and consumer demand to support business development. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate/ property development.
