TheMarketing ExecutiveforProperty Auctionswill focus on driving investor engagement and ensuring seamless follow-up to encourage participation in property bidding.
The role involves coordinating marketing strategies, providing detailed auction information, and supporting investors throughout the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their property investment needs and goals.
Conduct regular follow-ups with investors to provide updates on available lelong properties and auction schedules.
Investor Support:
Provide investors with detailed information about auction properties, bidding procedures, and auction terms.
Address investor queries and concerns promptly to build trust and confidence.
Assist investors in preparing for auctions, including registration and bid planning.
Develop a systematic follow-up process to track investor inquiries, attendance at auctions, and bidding outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversions and achieve sales targets.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience : At least 1 year in administrative services or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Languages : Proficiency in Mandarin (to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Bonus Skills : Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Soft Skills : Strong customer service and marketing abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially for engaging and inviting investors or clients to events.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour rest)
Saturday : 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (30-minute rest)
