Marketing Executive

Develop and implement a company-wide marketing plan to promote the platform. You will work with all departments and entities for its execution, and oversees all marketing, campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.- Day-to-day management of the company's social media properties and developing campaigns and engaging content to increase audience reach and customer engagement to support business growth- Develop new marketing content or lead magnet to capture leads- Lead and manage projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing activities, seasonal campaigns, giveaways,s and special events.- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the Group website, social media groups, print communication, and advertising.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Excellent communicator and creative thinker- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets- Good attitude and responsible character- Strong analytical mind and observant- Passionate about collaborative teamwork- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- TipsAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Can you work immediately?
