You will be spearheading and executing all our marketing campaigns, assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with customers, and ensuring that each endeavour runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
-General Marketing
-Assist the Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
-Take charge of the marketing plans and campaigns and ensure the campaigns to achieve the marketing objectives and goals.
-Liaise closely with stakeholders involved in delivering each marketing plans and campaigns, to maximise courts occupancy and brand exposure.
-Track the progress of each marketing plans and campaigns, obtain feedbacks from each stakeholders involved, and conduct post-mortem at the end of each marketing plan and campaign.
-Work closely with graphic designers to come up with a suitable marketing approach that drives traffic and conversions and churn materials for media use.
-Assist to conduct extensive industry, market and company research including quantitative and qualitative analysis, which includes and not limited to identify key industry trends, competitive factors, consumer behaviour, etc.
-Undertake administrative and reporting duties including assisting on preparation of reports to management.
-Social Media Accounts Management and Members Engagement
-Actively identify trends and new social platform offerings to ensure TRIBE is a social innovator.
-Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, creative and high-quality content, such as visuals, images, videos, graphics, etc, across all social media platforms.
-Present reports for each channel, which covers tracking growth, engagement, traffic, impressions, conversion and community conversation, on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Analyse content-performance metrics, utilise insights and translate insights into recommendations / plans to increase brand growth, awareness and engagement.
-Effectively flag and report key customer-service issues on social media channels to the management team.
-Effectively respond to comments and direct communication with TRIBE's audience across all social media channels and report trends on sentiment and community engagement.
-Communicate the Company's brand in a positive, authentic and creative way that will attract and connect the people.
-Community Building
-Plan community engagement events through on-ground activities.
-Engage with the community and maintain good relationships with members.
-Work closely with each department and stakeholders to plan and execute relevant community building programmes.
-Event Management
-Work with the team to conceptualise, plan and manage of all internal and external events for the sole purpose of revenue generation, members acquisition, community engagement and etc.
-Actively seek and reach out to potential partners and clients for potential events engagement.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements
-Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or a related field) or demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn.
-Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
-A keen eye for detail and ability to translate complex information into understandable content.
-Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
-Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and social media functionalities.
-Willing to dabble in graphic design, web design, production, etc and all creative tasks needed for content creation.
-Excellent communication skills and a love for great copy.
-Resourceful, organized, meticulous, and able to quickly adapt to change.
-Able to work independently and coordinate all marketing efforts (team player as well).
