Job Scope/Responsibilities



-Assist in managing social media accounts across the group of companies, including posting, monitoring, and engaging with followers on each platform.


-Assist in liaising with our merchant partners through the campaigns. You will be negotiating with the merchants for the promotions/privileges/deals which are in aligned with the client's goals and direction with the goal of furthering the merchant's brand awareness in accordance with their strategy.


-Provide support to the Manager/CEO on operational issues and daily affairs.


-Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments to ensure efficient time management. Attend meetings alongside the Manager/CEO and take detailed minutes.


-Coordinate and follow up on project deadlines, progress, and appointments. Ensure that projects are on track and all stakeholders are informed of timelines and updates.


-Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.

; Requirements:-



-Candidate must proceed at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.


-Experienced in personal assistant/ secretary executive is encouraged to apply.


-Independent, and multitask with great attention to details.


-Strong communication and interpersonal skill.


-Able to manage stress and work under fast-paced environment.


-Proficient in written and spoken English
