MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay
- Min 1-2 years marketing experience in FMCG industry or equivalent
- Experiences in both offline & online marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events including roadshows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives
- Responsible for developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids
- Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via inbound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to company information and products and to share with related PIC
- Managing company official Facebook page, Instagram account and homepage; plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies, communications, plans and objectives
- To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and prepare post-event reports
- Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and working closely with R&D in new product development
- Manage the expenses incurred in all marketing activities throughout the year within the given A&P budget and also project budget needs for the following financial year
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corporate communication; managing all communication materials and disseminating marketing materials contents for both internal and external
- Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior in his/her department
