Job Responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly data analysis about merchant sales and discuss action taken with senior and HOD.
Ensure response to merchant all the time especially during working hours.
Always get ready for account opening task especially new merchant.
Discuss marketing strategies with senior and HOD during internal meetings.
Send reminders to merchants about company off days.
Regularly check on merchants' sales activity and services available on their website.
Send ads to online casino websites and approach them with better pricing.
Keep updates of merchants' data including person in charge and marketing decks.
Utilize social media apps to communicate with customers or merchants.
Stay alert on new information or updates of payment gateways in Malaysia.
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Commerce, or relevant equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally in Mandarin.
Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn & pick up new things.
Good self-discipline, independent, driven, and motivated.
